BREAKFAST:
1c. oatmeal
(mixed with 2 Tbsp mineral oil)

SNACK:
1/2 c. pistachio nuts
water
LUNCH:
3 scrambled eggs with cheese
small glass 1% milk
SNACK:
popcorn w/ butter
water
DINNER:
1 med. potato w/ butter
1/2 c. broccoli (only ate a couple bites)
1/4 c. nonfat yogurt (didn't eat any)
1/2 c. brown rice mac/cheese (didn't want any)
small glass 1% milk
(complained his tummy hurt after he ate...broccoli perhaps...will cut that out for a while)

MONDAY, NOV 2
BREAKFAST:
oatmeal with mineral oil (only ate a few bites)
1 glass of unsweetened soymilk
1 glass of water before walking to school
SNACK:
white milk
rice cake with peanut butter
LUNCH:
rice pasta with cheese
tofurkey meat slices
white milk
crackers
big glass of water
DINNER:
fried potatoes and eggs
white milk
no tummy aches after dinner :)

3 dill pickles

shredded wheat cereal

100% shredded wheat (dylan complained his tummy was "full" after eating this)
1 glass unsweetened soymilk
1 glass water
Snack:
rice cake w/ peanut butter

Lunch:
hard boiled egg
tofurkey meat slices (didn't eat)
dill pickles (ate one small)
cheddar/colby cheese squares
Snack:
cereal
water
Dinner:
1/4 c. pistachio nuts
1 c. oatmeal w/ mineral oil
1/2-3/4 c. rice spaghetti and alfredo sauce (unsweetened)
*NO ACCIDENTS :)
